Who sells.
The digital books, audiobooks and other editions offered on afterglow.company and clarityone.org are sold by Ben Ben Hassine, trading as Afterglow and ClarityOne, Belgium — info@afterglow.company.
What you buy.
A personal licence to download, read and listen to a digital edition (EPUB, PDF or MP3) for your own non-commercial use. Nothing physical is shipped. Our files carry no DRM; please do not share or resell them.
Prices and payment.
Prices are shown at checkout in euros or US dollars and include VAT where it applies. Payment is processed by Stripe; the methods offered (card, iDEAL | Wero, PayPal, Bancontact, Apple Pay, Google Pay and others) depend on your country and device. A purchase you make through an AI assistant or agent is processed by Stripe for us in the same way, and these terms apply to it.
Delivery.
When your payment is confirmed you receive your download link on the confirmation page or by e-mail. If it has not arrived within an hour, write to us and we will send it.
Refunds.

Liability.
Our liability is limited to the price you paid, as far as the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
Law.
The law of Belgium, where the seller is registered, applies. If you are a consumer in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country. If something goes wrong, please write to us first; we answer every message.
