Refunds

Fourteen days, no reasons needed.
If an edition is not what you hoped for, write to us within 14 days of your purchase and we refund the full price. You do not need to give a reason.
Faulty files.
If a file is damaged, incomplete or does not open, tell us whenever you notice it; we replace it or refund you.
How refunds are paid.
Refunds go back to the payment method you used, through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 working days.
Your legal right of withdrawal.
For paid digital downloads, the EU right of withdrawal may end once the download starts, but only if you have expressly agreed beforehand to start it during the withdrawal period, acknowledged that you will lose that right, and we have provided the required contract confirmation, including that consent and acknowledgement, on a durable medium such as e-mail. Our fourteen-day promise above goes further and applies in every case, including purchases made through an AI agent.
Applicable law
The law of Belgium, where the seller is registered, applies. If you are a consumer in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country. If something goes wrong, please write to us first; we answer every message.
